I bought a Lacoste Ladies watch in Jan 2021 wore for the first time last month. The claps came on, lucky I did not loose it. I'm unable to wear the watch. I have called the customer no but no response, you are directed to email which I have still no response. I'm now wandering if they are still in operation? I have purchased from them before with no issues
However this watch cost over £100.00 so I need to return it for a replacement Anyone bought from them lately???

Purchased an Armani watch with 1 year warranty for my Grandad for father's day. As the watch was not initially worn for a few months the fault (broken shoulder internal) was not highlighted untill he went to a jewelers to get it fitted. Since emailing 'its watch time' with an explanation and a clear photo the customer service has been utterly useless and have said that only when the watch has been to an appropriate Armani store (156 miles away) for them to provide with a letter confirming the clear fault, only then will they 'consider' repairing the faulty product they provided.

The company is a fraud. They send you faulty watches and then they make up days of warranty, like every single piece has different days of warranty. It doesn't make any sense. They are not serious. Be careful and stay away from them.

We sent my Michael kors ladies watch back for repair under the warranty back on December 1st they said 10-15 days. On 17th December emailed them asking for update they said another 10-15 days.. it’s now 14th jan and nothing! I searched for my watch in their site and they don’t sell Michael kors watches anymore... they also won’t refund. Should I be worried!!

nie wieder bei denen bestellen. sehr schlechte Kommunikation, Emails werden erst nach Tagen beantwortet.
Also bestellen an sich ging schnell, aber wenn man die Ware zurück schicken will, wird man vernachlässigt. nicht mal die Adresse wenn man die Ware schicken wird einem schnell ermittelt. Nach dem Motto wir möchten diese Ware nicht mehr.

Since giving my husband his gift, upon trying on his new watch he had an issue with the watch strap as it kept coming undone rendering it useless. He took it to have some links removed as thought it was because it was too loose and the weight of the watch was causing it to undo.
I emailed customer services who asked me to send video confirmation of the faulty clasp which I did, only to be told that as it was after the 45 day warranty for clasps they couldn't do anything about it but I could pay to have it fixed. They also would not refund or exchange as the watch has to be in all original packaging, unworn and without any links removed.
BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WILL BE GIVING AS A GIFT OR USING WITHIN 45 DAYS SO THAT YOU CAN CHECK IF YOUR WATCH IS IN GOOD ORDER BEFORE THE WARRENTY RUNS OUT!!!!
So in short, because I decided to buy my husband his anniversary gift early and have it gift wrapped I am being penalised for being sent a faulty watch that I was unable to check upon receiving due to opting for their gift wrapping service.

My watch got damaged and asked them to repair my watch free of charge. Unfortunately the warranty finished and they decided not to fix my watch for free of charge and decided to rip me off by charging me £60. I won’t be ordering from them again 😡

They sent me a watch which my husband has been unable to wear because the strap is faulty and he cannot adjust it to fit him. When I returned it they said that the strap is not covered by the warranty and offered to repair it for £30!! But it was sent faulty. What a bunch of liars! Don’t use them.
