I ordered 2 pairs of earrings that broke after one use. After reviewing the product, I got contacted by the founder and she offered to give me a replacement piece which unfortunately also broke on arrival.

Of course I bought it, I’ve had so many compliments and of course I asked if Melrosie was on line. Since then I have bought some Christmas presents.
