Aziz and his team at Certified Group Ltd rebuilt my bathroom: shower/bath, sink plumbing, new toilet. Communication was excellent, Aziz and all his team were incredibly hard-working and the work itself is beautiful. Not the cheapest but worth the money and the care. Kept things impeccably tidy. This is a full-service company I recommend highly.

"Basement renovation "

Aziz and his team have worked for several months to renovate the basement of my house to a very high standard. Floors, ceiling, walls, gas, electrics, shower, toilet - the whole lot. It required lots of different skillsets, and Certified brought it all together beautifully. The quality of the workmanship, including bespoke handmade elements, is easily the best we have ever seen. They made it easy for us, and we quickly became confident that they knew exactly what we needed. We will be using them again, for sure.

"Great service in an emergency"

Aziz and his colleagues, Karim, Chris and Kem, were fantastic in helping us at a very difficult time just before Christmas. Our gas meter had been changed and the fitter detected a fall in pressure, which means a leak in the system, so he had to shut off our gas. Aziz and colleagues attended at short notice and worked late into the evening on more than one day to replace a series of sub-standard pipes in our elderly house. They have very high standards of workmanship, no shoddy work or cutting corners. They also take the time to explain everything with great patience and good humour. We’ll be using them again.

Our loft conversion was fully constructed well by Certified Group Ltd. From arranging the scaffolding to structural engineer Aziz and his brilliant team made sure we got what we wanted based on our drawings. They took their time explaining in stages what they were going to do. We saved up for many years and wanted to make sure we had the right company to do the works. Certified Group Ltd proved that, We had no issues or any discomfort from the team. We must say they have a great personality and a sense of humour. We enjoyed having them around especially my mother that was staying with us.

"Two Bathroom Renovations"

Two Bathroom Renovations
Our bathroom needed significant amount of work doing due to ongoing leaks behind the tiles. We had 2 other companies provide us with a quote but didn't feel comfortable with the approach. Aziz from Certified Group Ltd attended our home and straightaway we
knew the he and his team are serious. He explained to me and my wife the stages of works in detail. This helped us manage our working hours not being at home. He kept us informed everyday and helped us make choices on ideas for our bathrooms. We now
have 2 luxury bathrooms. Thanks to Aziz and Certified Group Team. We will recommend them.

"Fix leak, put in new tiles and bath/shower"

Aziz and his team did a terrific job identifying the source of a leak in a terraced house bathroom. They removed an old bath, shower, shower screen and tiles. They straightened the wall, added insulation put in new tiles, new bath/shower and reattached basin. There was barely any mess or dust, the protective covers they installed on the carpet worked perfectly. And they were very good at cleaning up and removing rubbish every day. Aziz and his team were all professional, friendly and approachable. The finished job looks fantastic. Hopefully they will be available for any future jobs.

"AVOID THIS UNSCRUPULOUS ELECTRICIAN"

I contacted this company to look at a refurbishment job on a tiny 1 bed flat for me,based on their star rating on Checkatrade.
Clearly using their gas and heating reviews to uplift the look of their "building" reviews.
Had to keep chasing them for 2 weeks after their visit.
Eventually got a text quote even though no measurements were taken and no scope of works, with message below

Apologies. Been very busy finishing up another project. I have looked at your scope of works carefully. The costs are around £175k Plus Vat. Roughly. Is that something you can work on? Thanks Aziz

This text quote was for minimal work. I knew instantly he was trying to rip me off and this was evident when I received 4 other quotes circa £60k.
This is why tradesmen have a horrendous reputation.
Shame on you and your lack of morals or integrity.
I have reviewed them on Checkatrade and will contact Trading Standards as well as write an honest Google review and anywhere else I can in the hope that I can prevent someone getting ripped off.

"Full 4 bedroom house renovation"

I had Aziz from certified group ltd come and do a full house renovation for me which included full plumbing, electrical rewire, plastering, painting and decorating etc. from the beginning to the end Aziz and his team were an absolute delight! Really professional tradesmen, im so happy with all the works that has been done to my home, everyone that comes over has been complimenting how amazing it looks! Infact two of my friends has asked for Aziz’s number. They are always on time, they clean after themselves and have always left my property in an immaculate condition. I recommend Aziz and his team to everyone. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Aziz and the rest of the certified group team. I will definitely be using you again very soon.

Excellent work by Aziz and Kemal. Had a new boiler put in and they were very thorough and kept the place clean. Took their time to explain how the boiler works, what the various settings are and how to change them, and they waited to ensure the new boiler was heating water. Highly recommended!
