"Not reliable"

Not reliable, unprofessional. AC cleaning service was booked and confirmed by them for 21.08. No one showed up at the time arranged, with no call to inform us about cancellation, nor they answered our call.

"Threats and the F*** word used with me after filing a complaint"

I filed a complaint with this company, the nature of which, I am unable to disclose for legal purposes. After contacting management, I was expressly told to "Go back to my own country" and that the company has connections within Cyprus ( I am not sure how that related to my complaint). After being quite shaken by the treatment I had received from management, I posted a complaint online. The next day the management team continued to call me and message me . The messaged received included threats and the F*** word without any reciprocation of the language used from my side. Since then, I have had to show the messages to a representative of Trustpilot as evidence, as Weclean4u flagged my review of their business ethics.

Guys done such an amazing job with carpets and floor. We have dog so carpets do get so grubby and full of hair ! But they now feel and look so squeaky clean, it looks like a new ! Highly recommend
