Choose this company because of the positive reviews, I should've checked the negative reviews 1st. They are not transparent on their pricing. I really wanted to cancel the order as they ignored my preferences and had my glasses. They recommend the 1.7 transition lenses along with all added extras and 12 months care plan for £211. I didn't need extra thin lenses for my prescription or my frame size. This option was well out of my price range too, I wanted 1.67 transition lenses without the added extras. After my 2nd request they sent me an invoice for £181. So after dropping a lenses size and taking away the added extras l got a £40 deduction in total. I'm not a well person and haven't got much fight in me and haggling causes me stress. I did request graduated lenses which suited my frames when I posted my glasses, again ignored. once I saw their quotes I just wanted my glasses back without the hassle. I've spent money on glasses that I've don't like. These are the most expensive lenses I've ever purchased. They don't go dark enough and they only had three colours to choose from. Don't use this company it's over rated and over priced. They will literally rob you blind, Lol and have the cheek to put in 2 chocolate sweets with the glasses to soften the blow. Probably got them sweets from poundland. Brought a pair of transition lenses and frames from googles4u for £26, yes your heard me right £26, 2 years ago and I still wear them today. Horrible experience.

Once I had decided on the type of sun glass lens required I ordered the packaging to send my glasses arrived quickly . Posted back via 48 hr tracking they were acknowledged receipt on Thursday. I completed payment with a note ideally I needed them back for Saturday as I was travelling. They processed them same day ( and didn’t charge me the express fee) . Arrived on Saturday morning . Can’t be better than that.

Absolutely amazing service. I was very worried at first as I didn’t want my glasses to get lost or broken in the post. But very happy with results! Was more expensive than I thought it would be, as it was a little misleading BUT it’s money well spent. They fully cleaned my glasses and it’s absolutely amazing. I paid extra for priority postage as well and it did not disappoint! Would recommend! I will continue to use in the future.

Just had my designer frames reglazed. Hung on to them for years and no one else would do them for me. The service was very fast and straightforward. The customer service was great and they kept in touch with me throughout the process. The price was competitive and allowed me to get my expensive frames back in to use. I supplied my prescription for complex varifocals and the lenses are perfect. I will use Lensology again
