I ordered, was charged for my order and never received the order. I’ve reached out in the Facebook Marketplace three times (where I initiated the order) with only an initial response but no follow up to the status of my order or why it never arrived. No reimbursement received.

I was very pleased with my recent order. My candles were wrapped appropriately to ensure they made it to my house unbroken and I received them quickly. I will use this site again.

Ordered with 1 day priority shipping on the 12th it's 8 days later and I haven't even received a tracking number or any update on my shipment, kind of disappointing.
