My review is not directed at Natalie and AJ, but rather at the overall service, which has been extremely disappointing.

The main issue lies with Zoey, the manager, whose conduct has been unprofessional, rude, and outright hostile. She has repeatedly hung up the phone, spoken aggressively, and even told me on multiple occasions that she does not want to sell my property. If I hadn’t already secured a buyer, I would have left this estate agency immediately—especially considering that it took them months to sell my property, while Charters sold my neighbor’s within a week.

I will be escalating a formal complaint to their head office, providing recordings, dates, and times of each interaction with this individual. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable, and I have never encountered anything like this from an estate agent before. I still can not believe such person is allowed to be a manager.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using this agency.

So pleased with the communication with Austin Estate Agents when buying our house. They were so helpful in the early stages and very proactive as the process stalled a few times. We learned more from Austin than our solicitor. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff.
