"Since last two months they are taking…"

Since last two months they are taking all the money like nothings, I have spent more than 200 already just in December and now it says I only have 6 days of energy, are you out of your mind! ? How much you want to put on my account ? 1000? And please do not reply me back contact this number that is not an answer just to not have bad reviews on trust pilot.

I use the washing machine just late night, I only have an electric heater and I work the whole day how is that possible?

"Overpriced"

Overpriced, terrible customer service. I'm only using them because I'm forced to by landlord and can't wait for the time I will collect the keys for my home. Avoid if u can.

My account is always in surplusdue to redicolous price estimations .Have over 500 euros in account and after 6 months I still cant get it refunded despite numerous phone calls .Avoid ,avoid avoid

I am dissatisfied with the Pinergy service it's dodgy and overcharged in my current experience usage, For example, I bought electrical credit and paid €50 and in six days the credit was gone I'm using only one small fan Heather is only using day and evening not using in the night use washing machine for drying clothes only one time in a week I stop switched on and using boiler one year ago because it just waisted credit money and still the money gone nowhere.
Would you please customer of PINERGY let me know what is going on, and why the electrical credit should be so high?

Won't issue refund doesn't provide relevant information and hasn't issued me a refund when I changed over 6 or 7 weeks ago I've requested statements as i will be taking this to the CRU

I used them to install solar panels. They are "clumsy" in what they do and coworkers contradict eachother. The selling agent told me what can be done and after the roofer come and told me that can't be done. They installed me Livoltek system and I took it because the solar panels and a good brand. But Livoltek is very wrong. Very low quality. Battery suppose to be 5kW with a discharge no less than 10% (4.5kW discharge).
After 3 months having this sytem, what I can is that this battery takes ages to charge (with full sun outside) and discharge in 20 mins or so. To discharge 4.5kW in 20 mins is needed to have a consumption power of 13kWh or so for 20 mins which never happened in my house. I think the battery is less capacity than they say and the system works very wrong. When I told them, of course they said that can't happen and the system works good. What else they can say, isn't? What else they can say, isn't?
Also the Livoltek app works very strange. Showing strange figures like more comsumption than provided electricity or viceversa (sometimes figures are wrong with 0.5kW or more).
Everytime when I asked for help they send my enquiry to an UK Company and those didn't fix it 100%. Doesn't look very professional to me.
Not a good company, I won't recommend.
