HIGHLY unprofessional.
1) The staff yaps and yaps and yaps butting in when you are still talking.
2) Upon multiple requests for document checklist to be emailed, the staff sent "cropped" screen shot of what's required.
3) The staff doesn't understand IMPORTANT terms like " certified".
4) When asked if the documents need to be Notarized/certified true colored copies or digital scanned copies, the staff has no clue and respond vaguely "photos". Had to ask her about 6 different times and different ways what notarized and original scan copies difference is and can make to the application! Which she CLEARLY is not trained about.
The staff needs training on how to communicate professionally using company email and NOT personal mobile numbers and WhatsApp.
Despite of multiple requests, the staff did not and told her own stories!
Had to STOP and request her to PLEASE listen to the client as well + as a cyber security personnel had to explain the complexity of having an email trail and not just a phone call or "WhatsApp" texts!
Dreaded absolutely DREADED what's next in store for a simple visit visa!
P.S. the staff kept using the term "sponsor" and i had to ask her about 10 times - are we working on a sponsored visit visa or just a visit visa which are TWO SEPERATE SUBCLASSES WITH SEPERATE REQUIREMENTS AND SEPARATE freedom of the person coming for the visit!
The staff would still keep yapping and compare it with Canada visa.!
Australian laws are different!!
Not sure if these counselors and visa officers have studied migration law or not/ MARA agents or are simply given the job cos they are " TALKATIVE" WITH ZERO ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM.
Despite of requesting the contact details or the owner or her manager/senior who is probably more trained - no response - just YAPPING!
and still have not got any contact details of her manager/senior.
Fearing the file is now in hands and at the mercy of a YAPPER who loves talking!

I wrote a review of how they scam and add other charges on. They replied said it was a "misunderstanding", but the day after I wrote my review ( before they replied), they sent through the details so that I continue the booking, after I questioned the flight times showing. Same booking within minutes of the other one, and they had added on ANOTHER $150 or so dollars. They will reply saying some BS BUT THEY ARE SCAMMERS - pull you in with low prices and add on everything. IGNORE THEIR BS REPLY.

I purchased 4 tickets with meet and greet passes to the Harlem Globetrotters for my sons 13th birthday. When we arrived at tigers place no one knew where we were suppose to go, we we sent to 6 different spots. We didn’t get to meet them. We had travelled 3.5 hours to meet them. My son was so disappointed and at the end of the show( it was a Sunday an the boys had school the next day so we couldn’t stay and wait in line) they opened the floor for anyone to meet them. Thousands of people were ahead of us and we couldn’t stay. So not only did I pay extra to meet them and that didn’t happen they opened the floor at the end of the show to anyone who did not pay extra. Ticket master and the Harlem Globetrotters refused to refund my money on the extra passes. Goes to show they only care about making a dollar and not actually following through with anything they sell.Thanks for disappointing my 13 year old son on his birthday. So disorganized and was a total waste of money.
