The download was compressed and printed incorrectly. The calculations on the stubs were wrong, with no break for the calendar year. I had to manually account for the year to date calculation. The system did not recognize that December was the end of the year to date and January would reset that amount. Also, I didn't see how to change the quantity that I wished to purchase. I needed one and had to purchase three.

Update: The response to my experience has been exceptional (2/5) so I am changing my initial rating of 2 stars to three stars.
