This is a good example for all companies to follow. All of my questions were answered within a matter of a couple of hours. I received exactly what I ordered in a very reasonable time frame. "Audi Shop Repair and Service Manual"

I bought a new 2016 Audi S7. As most of you know, new car dealerships do not sell a factory shop manuals as they once did, forcing us to use a generic maintenance and repair manual for routine maintenance. After searching the internet, I found Factory Manuals and downloaded their PDF of my specific vehicle. I now have a complete vehicle specific shop manual at my finger tips that provides me all my maintenance service requirements, torques specs, etc, etc.

Although during the warranty period I will take the car in for scheduled servicing, I can and will do "intermediate" servicing. That includes changing the transmission fluid at 20,000 miles and buying any tool (that I currently may not own) that I may require for each specific service.

I am in the process of buying a 2002 Ford T-Bird and enjoy doing some of my own maintenance as long as I have the proper factory documentation. The PDF manual provided contains everything I need to know about my specific vehicle based on the VIN which is decoded for you! Even the original user manual is included. Exactly what I wanted and much less expensive than buying a set of paper shop manuals (which are currently unavailable). Highly recommended.

"1996 Lincoln Town Car Manual - Amazing"

I have been searching for a good while on the internet for a Ford Factory Shop Manual for my 1996 Lincoln Town Car. The manuals I found were all used (not surprising) and were in various conditions. I came across the Factory Manuals site and decided to take the plunge and order my long sought after manual. The price was about $40 cheaper than I had found up to that time, the company ratings were good and their website was easy to navigate, find what I needed and order. My download file took a little shy of 2 days to be prepared and available. When I did download the file and opened it for the first time I was amazed. By providing my VIN number "my file" was tailored for my car and included all the factory build codes, meanings and specific accessories installed on my car. I was blown away. This was not a generic factory manual. The other thing that amazed me was the file was 4669 pages long. It included absolutely everything you could ever want to know about the car. Needless to say I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend the site to all of my friends. You can't go wrong. Great job and excellent service.

"Its the real deal"

As someone who has struggled for years to get the real workshop manuals, I'm really happy with what I've got from these guys. The manual that has been prepared for me is a genuine Audi workshop manual specifically for my car. It even had the detail of the exact specification and options on my car as well. It may be more expensive than some other versions available on the web, but I cant see how you can beat the quality and detail of a genuine manual.
I'm going to get one for the wife's Skoda too.

The mechanics of the transaction worked well. The Audi 2014 A5 service manual was definitely customized to my VIN, with all the factory options, and appropriate manual sections.
