We already have one of these lights & now wanted another to match. Arrived quickly and was a good price compared to other sites however the packaging wasn’t good….lots of bubble wrap in the bag however the box with the light in was not in the bubble wrap. Light won’t be fitted for a while so hoping all ok!

There should be a deal making if customer want something you are not listed. For example I needed Duplex Consumer unit and 16 RCBOs but you do not have any combined options. You should be able to sell these options quickly with discounts you have for single CU and RCBOs. Thanks

Both PIR lights arrived on schedule. One was fine and was wired and working quite quickly. With the other, the internal sealing grommet was perished/damaged and had to be replaced. This involved splitting the red wire and reconnecting - the connecting block also had to be replaced as one of the terminal threads was faulty, so replaced it with a 4-bay connector allowing for re-connection of the red wire at the same time. Fiddly and should not have to have been done. Wasn’t prepared to wait for a replacement to be sent out.
