After I finally went through the paces to assure them it wasn’t, I get my confirmation from you and it was in pounds not dollars. Thirdly, I didn’t appreciate the hard-core selling promotions that kept coming up when I was trying to complete my order.

"Customer service is terrible"

Customer service is terrible. I ordered some Noobru for my mom and contacted customer support the day I ordered to turn off subscriptions for my order (that option was automatically ticked even though I clicked on a one-time purchase in the website). They replied to me once asking to verify my order number and haven't replied since despite my efforts to ask for a follow-up. It's been 2 weeks. Predatory company.

Never received the product and they took more money than I gave them permission. Getting money back is not happening. Giving me the run around saying it takes 10 business days to get refund after 30 days still no money it’s a big scam. Now they are saying I bought two 3 months supply and that both cost different and that I’m not get the $142 back .
