The customer service kept in touch during process of making and sending the ring, and it came faster than I expected. It is delicate and very pretty. I do wish it would come in half sizes, but that is only minor. I really like the style.

I had high hopes. I really thought I'd found a great brand to recommend to friends and family. So far, that's not the case. I ordered 3 rings. The 1st one came in right away and is beautiful! I was excited to receive the rest of my order. It took a full 15 days for it to arrive and both items were wrong. One was the wrong style entirely. The other was the wrong color and the size was way off using their sizing chart. The free gift is a cheap pair of earrings I'll never wear. I emailed to correct the situation and was promised the corrected order within 15 days, but it's now been 12 days and the order still hasn't shipped. I would've never paid this much for one ring. Nor would I have waited this long.

I bought a ring from here and even with the various offers ($5 off plus a free gift) I still feel like I’ve been scammed. The ring itself is pretty, but the sizing info provided by the site was wrong so it was way too big. The opals are very poorly mounted and there was actual glue coming out from the setting! Even with the glue, the stones are not set straight. Aside from all that, the ring is quite pretty. The “free gift” earring it came with, however, look like they cost about £2 from Claire’s accessories — not at all the luxury item promised.

The ring is pretty but I'm very disappointed with the quality considering the price. If I'd seen it in person, I definitely wouldn't have paid that much for it. I can't imagine how long it will last.

"Great customer service, cheap packaging"

I was very disappointed. Their slogan is "ditch the junk" but that feels exactly what I got. Their "free gift" was a very cheap looking pair of earrings and the necklace I ordered was a lot smaller and the quality was questionable. It is nice but it is absolutely not worth the price I paid. The jewellery came in plastic bags with no invoice or return address. The envelope said the goods came from China with a value of a dollar.
I was expecting good quality at reasonable price, as per their and, but seemed to get cheap knock off items. I've had no reply and I've tried leaving a review with them but surprisingly it hasn't gone on their website.

They have since got in touch and offered a gift card so I decided to give them another chance. I ordered ear cuffs and a bracelet. The ear cuffs arrived in good time but in a plastic bag inside a regular manila envelope. They are actually quite nice. I wish they had come a box or a branded bag or anything to denote it was from Blush and Bar.
The bracelet arrived about a week later. It does look nice and is dainty. But it also arrived in a plastic ziplock type bag inside a manila envelope with no markings or invoice to say it was from Blush and Bar.

After the second chance I decided to increase my rating. Their customer service is excellent and the jewellery is ok, and you will be happy enough with it. However having the items arrive in plastic bags in Manila envelopes with no branding or invoices, just cheapens everything. If you're buying anything as a gift you will have to supply your own jewellery boxes.

"Sketchy"

I bought a couple of pieces from them a couple months ago. The first thing I'll say isn't a big deal to some people, but...their slogan is "ditch the junk jewelry", and yet their stuff took a month to get to me with the return address in China. So yes, as you can imagine, the quality is not what it pretends to be. I bought a hammed 14k gold bracelet but it looked somewhat cheap and it's a lot more bendy and thin than I anticipated. It's pretty enough from far away but kind of junky-looking close up. It hasn't tarnished (yet) but I don't wear it all that often. It almost looks like copper, even though I bought it in gold. I complained initially on Google reviews about it hoping they would see it and maybe work on fixing their quality (yes, I'm *that* person...) and they responded apologetically saying they would give me a full refund and a $50 gift card. I was impressed with their customer service, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. I ended up keeping the bracelet anyway because I liked it enough cosmetically, even if it doesn't last. (So I asked not to get a refund and I declined the gift card as well, but at least they offered it to me.) I got a gold ring, as well, which is the thing I'm most bummed about. Again, B&B's slogan has to do with "ditching the junk jewelry" but this ring is only about 2 months old and the gold coating is coming off. For a $60 ring, it shouldn't be turning different colors this soon. I almost always take it off any time I'm washing my hands, putting on lotion, etc. and I work a 9-5 desk job so it's not like I could damage it from sweating or anything. I could have bought the same quality ring for $15 elsewhere. Both pieces were pretty, I'll give it that, but...the lack of longevity isn't worth the price. It's clear if you look at them closely that they're cheaply made overseas and sold at a high profit margin here. Long story short, I don't really trust this company, as much as I wanted to. Their stuff is really pretty but it's just as junky as everything else. Don't be swindled.

Edit: I left an honest review on their website about the bracelet and it never got published. I gave it a 2 star. Interestingly, only the 5 star reviews show up on the site..not too surprising or uncommon but just another reason why I don't really trust them...

I absolutely love the crystal ring I purchased. It is so delicate and fits perfectly. It came in just a couple of days too. Love this company and everything they offer!
