Not only were they patient with me when I didn’t order the first time around, they still honoured the first purchase 10% off, they were super communicative and they did same day pick up. Better than the customer service was the results - my gosh! How to turn £1k pounds of junked shoes back into the brand new version - I’m sooo grateful! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Will definitely be a returning customer but trying to keep this set of cleans as clean as possible for a while!!
