TAPATRIP is a company of thieves. After making a purchase on their website and encountering an issue with ticket issuance, my order was canceled. It has now been over 2 months with no updates from the company and no refund in sight! No response to emails, no response on the chat. They are incompetent and thieves!!!

Attention when booking with Tapatrip!
I booked and paid for domestic flights in Mongolia for my wife and me with Tapatrip in May 2022 and received an e-ticket as "confirmed". Flight was scheduled for mid July.
The booking process alone took weeks becouse the website didn't work, the answers came in Mongolian language (I do not speak), and payment was initially only possible with Mongolian credit cards.(I do not have)
Arrived in Ulaanbaataar we visited an office of Tapatrip. In the office 2 unmotivated people who can't speak English. Anyway, I was given to understand that our seats had been cancelled. How and why could not be explained, but that no seats could be booked now on the flights because the planes where fully booked.
The lady suggested flying a week later, which was not possible on a precisely planned hiking tour with a booked jeep transport to Altai mountain and a hiking guide. In the end she booked the outward flight, but the return flight 4 days earlier from a different airport. As we wanted to complete at least half of our hike, we agreed.
We refused the asked payment of the flights (! ) as we had payed already month ago.
It took weeks and a lot of pressure on my part to get the amount reimbursed claimed for the shuttle to the departing airport 300 km away from the airport we had booked, Tapatrip didn't come up with the idea of refunding us the price difference of the cheaper flight (shorter distance) compared to the booked and paid flight.
I can only advise against this office for individual travelers, since such a "human error" (as we were told weeks later) should not also ruin your vacation.
