This company was very good. This was ordered by error and the company refunded immediately service.

I tried to buy IT Dusters products from the official website. I made the purchase in November, and the information that was given from the first tracking link stopped at a certain point. I contacted customer service and was told that the products had been lost. They sent me new products again in December, with a new tracking link, and the second time, the products were sent back to them because they contained "prohibited goods". Since they had already made two attempts, they decided to give me a refund now in January.

Despite all this, I want to give 5 stars to IT Dusters, who were always very quick to respond to my emails, not only during the first order, but also when sending the products on the second attempt, and finally refunding the money. Thank you Dean, for everything. Exemplary customer service!
