We recently had a multi fuel stove fitted by Kris, to say we are pleased is an understatement.
His professionalism and respectfulness is second to none.
From design to the all important finishing touches Kris listened to what we wanted and advised on what we weren’t sure about.
Kris also explained the importance of burnin the correct fuel to protect the environment.
We would highly recommend Kris to anyone who is thinking of having a log burner installed.

Kris and his team came from Cardiff to work in my house in Newport to design and install a new stove along with tiling and a bespoke hearth. Their work ethic was fantastic and were able to answer all the questions I had regarding the maintenance of my wood burning stove. I have set up a service plan with Kris so that my log burner and flue chimney is swept and cleaned professionally by his team throughout the year ready for use in the colder months and I can rest assured that my family and home and safe from any unexpected situations.

Kris also explained how I would be able to utilise my logs for burning so I heat the house and still stay under budget which means that I will in fact be able to save money this year thanks to him!

Ginger Rust have managed to created a fantastic cosy warmth in my house that has far surpassed my expectations and I can not recommend them enough. I was even gifted a starter set of logs which was the cherry of the top of an already exceptional service.

Whether you are from local villages such as Cowbridge, Radyr, the Vale or Bridgend, I can not think of anyone else I would have looked after the safety of my home and family with my stove than the Ginger Rust team.

"New stove burner"

We recently had a stove burner installed by Kris. We are absolutely delighted with it! It is so beautiful I wish I could put a photo up here for everyone to see! Kris' work is outstanding, he has made it my dream room now this has been installed. Kris is very neat and tidy while working and afterwards. He is lovely and friendly while being professional. Kris and Kim listened to all of my ideas/suggestions about what I wanted and were incredibly helpful and insightful about what would work best. A very happy customer here! I have already arranged for Kris and Kim to come and view our kitchen for a full refit. With Kris' carpentry, plumbing, fitting and gas teamed with Kim's eye for design it will all be handled by one team. I can't wait to get started!

I always use Kris for servicing my boiler every year and he has recently installed new radiators in my home …making my house more energy efficient.
He’s fully qualified ,reliable, competent and very thorough.
