"again I have not received my order 2975…"

again I have not received my order 2975 placed on 10 October 2020, please take action on my order , i don't want to do bad review as the company try hard,

"Shocking (Non existent) communication, nothing sent 6 weeks later, seeking refund, be very wary guys"

My first trustpilot review but I simply could not ignore the sheer incompetence of this ‘company’

Shocking communication and service, They completely ignored me for 4 weeks after placing a large order despite sending numerous emails. Only after i opened a case up with paypal they woke up and replied very briefly saying there was a delay and item was now delivered (No apology, explanation or signed tracking), still not arrived 6 weeks later. Opened up a dispute with paypal for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and ashamed that I also recomended this product to a friend who had to get a refund from her bank after much trouble. Im stunned and for a first time customer I am left speechless. (Still awaiting for a refund at time of writing)

If you do not receive swift communication from these guys my advice would be to act fast to avoid the trouble i am having to go through now

Such a shame that a company promoting such an ethically sourced health drink is behaving in such a manner, looks as though I will be sticking to apple cider vinegar for the time being
