"Success at last thanks to finding Rested"

I started my quest for a new mattress one month before lockdown and I have tried - and failed - to find one since then. Having spoken to Adam on the phone, I was met by Toby in their showroom and was immediately impressed by their knowledge and professionalism and the range of mattresses on offer. What started out as an enormously stressful experience has resulted in an outstanding new bed which was amazingly comfortable from day one. The installation and removal of my old bed seemed effortless and I would recommend anyone - particularly those with the sort of health issues that make comfortable beds almost impossible to find - to go to Rested first.

We purchased an Auping Royal from Toby and team at Rested in 2019. Over the past 3 years, the bed has operated exactly as we hoped, with no mechanical problems and the mattresses holding up very well; we have been very satisfied with the experience. Customer service was great with very good bed linen and mattress advice (my wife and I have quite different needs but both very happy), and zero fuss delivery and installation. Post purchase customer care has also been great (we recently needed to source some replacement mattress grippers)

Superb service from Rested! I received excellent advice on selecting an Auping mattress to replace the one I had bought in Belgium for my Auping bed. It was delivered ahead of schedule to my home in Poole, installed in my bedroom at the top of my townhouse and the old mattress was taken away. I am delighted with my new mattress and will definitely use Rested again.

In a world of buying by clicking, our experience with Rested has been extremely refreshing. Toby and Adam Walzer offer a bespoke service, and show absolute patience (especially with our constant requests for different product quotations by email). In contrast to the now standard 'online' experience shopping these days, Rested is best experienced by going to the stores. We had an appointment during which time only we were in the shop, and Toby assessed our needs perfectly for our new Auping bed, and tirelessly swapped mattresses to find the best fit for us both. The products themselves are superb, premium brands, but without the expert guidance it would be easy to get the wrong combination. No fear of that in that case, and having taken delivery of our Auping bed yesterday, we are absolutely delighted. The importance of sleep becomes more apparent the older I get, and I really appreciate being matched up with a bed that gives me the best night's sleep. The delivery was carried out by Adam, a co director in Rested, and it's certainly impressive that the company principals see the sale through from start to beginning. Thank you Toby and Adam (and Dan who ably assisted Adam). Superb, this is how it should be done.

"The product AND the service."

I took the Auping plunge in 1999. All my friends and family thoughrt I was bonkers to pay xxxx for a bed. At the same time we spent fortunes on kitchen and bathrooms etc. but make no mistake, Auping was the outstanding purchase we made without question. When it comes to the place you spend nearly a third of your life it's a complete false economy to not buy the best, most sleep inducing, healthy and comfortable bed there is, surely.
Many years later we had an issue with one of the motors, and the Auping rep at the time was not interested, and I gave up. I re-connected recently to find the company now in the professional hands of Toby and his brother. Goodness me, what a difference. Toby just could not have been more helpful, for what must seem like a modest problem. He has just left us, 3 hours North of London, having replaced a 21 year old motor, leaving us as good as new. I could not be more happy. Further, I am now replacing my matrass which has borne me in all that time, much longer than might be expected! My wife is half my weight and hers is perfect still. C'mon, how good value is that.
I wish Toby great success with the product, and I would like people to know that they will be there for you long after the sale, enormously comforting.

We wanted to replace mattresses that we had had for a number of years and, on a recommendation went to their Chelsea Harbour show room where Toby, one of the owners explained the range the offered and then gave us a couple of hours of his time ensuring that we made an informed choice from within the lovely products.

This last week the mattresses were delivered by the co-owner, Adam and again the service was seamless and perfect. Thank you Toby and Adam for making the whole transaction so enjoyable and we are really delighted with the mattresses.
