I can’t recommend Norton Windows enough! From phoning to receiving a quote, was all in the same day, after being given a very fair price, I paid my deposit on the same day. Only days later I was visited by the surveyor Kev, who gave the go-ahead for the work to be carried out, & informed me installation would take place in 2/3 weeks. And true to their word, my installation happened 2.5 weeks later. Kev and his team turned up on time, & all with smiles. I have a bad arm, & haven’t cleared the area for the job to take place, but they came in & said they’d do it for me, nothing was a problem for them. They worked very cleanly, leaving my home with beautiful French doors, & has cleaned everything up after the installation too. They then took the time to show me how the doors worked, & asked if I was happy with them, which of course I am more than happy. As I am renovating my home at the moment it is very stressful, & Kev & his team made this element so easy & stressfree, that I have just ordered 2 more doors from them. Thanks guys!

Not to be confused with similar titled window companies.

Along with other members of the family, we have used Norton Windows of Billingham on numerous occasions to fit composite doors, double glassed widows, upvc exterior doors and even a sunroom complete with insulated roof.
All work has been carried out as scheduled and completed on time by Kev and the rest of the fitting team, all of whom are very skilled and always left everything clean and tidy.
All supplied and fitted products have been as described, of good quality and provided excellent value for money.
Sales and after sales were also both excellent and overall all great jobs, at great prices.
Well done to all at Norton Windows of Billingham, would readily use the indicated company again and happily recommend them to others.

After being let down by Norton Windows & Roofs going into liquidation (not the same company as Norton Windows), Norton Windows stepped in. Kevin and the gang worked like grafters and in a few days they ripped down the old porch with knackered and crooked door, blown window panels and poor polycarbonate roof and got to work on building the new one.
They built a whole new porch including lovely composite door and GRP roof across the porch and the garage. Inside they built dwarf stud insulated walls and insulated ceiling. See the before and after photos.
We’re absolutely delighted with the work and it’s inspired us to sort the rest of the front of the house and garden.
