Pleasant cooperation & assistance

We have been fruitfully cooperating with Corefy for 1.5 years now.

Thanks to the professional team, we launched very quickly and had our first live transactions in less than three weeks.

From the moment we signed up until now, we’ve had a pleasant interaction with the team. They’re ready to help anytime, with any question. Also, they helped a lot with setup and onboarding at the initial stages.
Last but not least, the payment page they developed for us is just perfect.

"Marvelous team and a product!"

I know Corefy for more than 5 years and during this time we come more than partners.

The team is professional. They give great support and provide with all necessary information from the first day of work. I remember our onboarding period. It was great, everything was clear.

The product is made by real professionals who do understand fintech deeply. They have done a great product that updates and becomes better at every update.

Also, they do listen to their customers and provide really necessary functions.

Corefy helps me to focus on the business side mostly and strategic planning. And this is what I wanted.

"Corefy is more than just a partner"

It’s been over two years of our collaboration with Corefy.

During this time, we’ve connected dozens of various integrations and solutions, brought to life some joint projects. Namely, Corefy was our technical partner in the launch of UAX.

I’d say, today, our companies are much more than partners, and our close business relations are mutually beneficial.

It’s worth mentioning that our payment traffic has multiplied several times since we started with the platform, and it easily fulfils our needs as we scale and enter new geographies.

"Good partnership since 2018"

We have been working with Corefy since October 2018. We are very thankful, that we got acquainted with a really strong partner, which has a high level of expertise in the fintech field, development, and other IT tools for payouts. Since that time we have been connected to 8 PSPs and more than 15 payout methods - so, everything that we needed - is extremely covered by Corefy.

What is also not least, that all the questions we have, are fastly resolved with our Account Manager and we can make a conclusion that communication is on a high level of responsibility and trust.

Now we can wish only prosperity, joy, and reaching new tops and successes to new beginnings!

"Depends on who is working there"

The CBDO just threatened that unless I removed this he would work on canceling our contracts with other providers + that we would only receive a refund once this review was taken down. I have screenshots of everything.
We started with Corefy almost a year ago. We came to an agreement that we would pay upfront for a month but the fees would start only once x number of integrations were made. We gave them an integration to do and they gave us a deadline. That deadline was not only not kept, but they stopped communicating completely. A few months later after a discussion with their CEO, we decided to give them another try. After a few false starts (mostly due to lack of communication), we gave them an integration to do and pushed for it to be done within x amount of time. The (old) rep asked me if we’d agree to pay for it and I agreed. We did not receive the invoice. The delay then happened from our side (delay of less than a week). Ah… but because of this they then requested to cancel our agreement. We requested it be done officially (as it’s supposed to be done when an agreement is signed) and to receive a refund since without that they are obligated to provide the service since we paid for the first month upfront. Nothing yet. And all this despite us giving them a chance and being fast in payments. To be honest, it seems more than anything that it’s due to personal reasons on their side - the new rep doesn’t like me. So if you are asking yourself whether or not to work with them, the answer is don’t. Just don’t. We have a project to which will be connected gateways and I can assure you that if a client comes to us requesting that we connect Corefy, I will choose to lose that client rather than work with them in any capacity.

Edit: as to their response (which I only saw now) they had actually called me to try to work together again. We had a great conversation on a Friday late afternoon and we agreed to close the last few details so we could move forward. I asked that we continue on Monday as I had to go to synagogue. And I never heard from them again…
