Length is fine.
No way to tighten the width.

Powerstep Pinnacle PLUS Orthotic Insoles w/Met. Pad
This is the second time I've ordered this insole, and it is one of my all time favorites. I have used several different versions of the Powerstep line in the past, always with satisfactory results, but this model is the best so far, at least according to my feet. As always the Insole Store offered the product at a very fair price, and the whole purchase process was fast and easy. I continue to be favorably impressed by this company.
