After a terrible experience in June, I shared my experience on Trustpilot. Two months later, yesterday, I was once again threatened with legal action and given three days to remove the negative review. I am not their client; I was the claimant, and the defendant was their client. They are clearly misusing their professional position.

They might have responded to the negative review publicly or contact Trustpilot to resolve the issue, but instead, they chose to intimidate me over my review. It seems they believe they have the right to dictate how I should feel and deny me the freedom to express myself.

This experience only solidifies my opinion of their unprofessionalism. I have reported them to Trustpilot and urge others to be cautious when dealing with them.
