"Medium success in a rural area"

Being in a rural area we don't normally have much success with physician job boards. However, we were offered a very reasonable promotion to try this service and so we went for it. We had hoped to make at least one physician hire, and we did receive a few applicants, but we have not made any successful physician hire so far. However, our human resources department has hired a registered nurse, and a few other general employees which has justified the cost of our subscription. Keeping our fingers crossed for a physician hire!

We didn't get quite the volume of candidates that we've received from some of the other healthcare job boards, but divided by the cost we received an excellent return on investment
