"Conservatory conversion"

We had a conservatory at the back of our house with a poly roof. It was getting on for 30 years old and it was leaking, cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. Mike and Martin came and removed the window frames, french doors and roof. We then had one side of the room bricked up and new windows and doors and a lightweight tiled hipped roof fitted. Internal walls were then all plasterboarded and skimmed, spotlights fitted and new radiator installed. Absolutely fantastic job, professional throughout. Made up with the result, completely transformed the house. Would recommend them without any doubt and will be in touch for other jobs the wife has planned.

The team listen and understood our plans and ideas. They advised us on how to get the most out of our budget. They also worked to strict COVID guidelines throughout the update/rebuild.

Due to Covid19 and our holiday being cancelled we contacted Mika & Martin for a quote to replace windows and patio door in our lounge/dining room extension. We also had the flat roof replaced that was causing damp. The roof was installed quickly and we then asked for additional work to be carried out to skim both rooms and ceilings. Attention to detail was brilliant advising us of process and fixing issues from the original extension that was built before we moved there. The work completed was to really high standard and we couldn't be more impressed. Thanks Mike & Martin, can't wait to see it all decorated now!
