They come to visit to give a quote, then come to do the pack and move.

"Professional but be careful of price quote"

Kieran and the team were fast and professional. We used their packing service and moving service. They arrived on time and got everything done. I’ve scored them 3 because the large difference between quote and final bill. You expect some possible increases but this was excessive and luckily we could pay it otherwise I’m not sure what someone would do.

Kieran and his team were excellent. They worked efficiently and considerately on the day of the move. The communication with Kieran in the build up to moving day was excellent, none of my questions were too daft, and he was happy to be flexible around the date until everything was confirmed. He was happy to do some disassembling and reassembling on the day for me as I'd tweaked my back. Kieran was recommended to me by a colleague who had recently used them to move out and back in to their home and I am equally happy to recommend this company.

This was the second time I've used Js moves. Keiron and team helped with a last minute move from a stressful sale and were patient and accommodating. The guys were really helpful all the way even helping to pack my car with loose ends. Would recommend.

"Easy and uncomplicated removal company, best service available."

I contacted several removal companies to get a quote to move the contents of two storage units at the same premises into one, to save costs. I received a call from JS removals. I was really impressed with the way they answered my questions, gave detailed information about what they would do, the amount of money requested.
I had to negotiate the price with them that went all clear. On the day of the move itself I was nervous, as it had been quite a nightmare to get the items into the storage, as the van we hired before was not what we requested. ANY VAN did the job without blankets, did not load the van properly and switched of the tracker so we only saw they had driven up North and not to London, we assumed all good were gone. ANY VAN showed up the next day, lots of items were damaged. The experience with JS MOVES LTD was completely different, we could see that the items were handled with care, they had a plan, they communicated politely and transparently. There were some fragile items, they had a proper following order, asked if we were happy with how things were done, if we had any other wishes, and completed the task in a minimum of time. I can certainly recommend them for any move, either in the UK or from the UK to Europe

Best choice I've made, couldn't be happier!! On the day, they arrived early I was nervous about all the stuff we need to move. They immediately put me at ease and took over.

Kieran and another from his team helped me move from London to Hertfordshire on 20th April. I was moving under stressful and emotional circumstances and from the outset they were both calm, understanding and supportive, they made a difficult situation for me much easier than it could have been. My move ended up being more difficult than anticipated as there were a lot of pieces that needed legs removed to transport things safely. They were patient, efficient and helpful throughout.
I would highly recommend them and they’d be my first call moving again in future.
