Great service great products.
When the first lockdown started my products were delivered amazing service.
Recently I ordered online and made several mistake yes I know how frustrating that can be.
Not with vape direct I dropped them a quick message and they sorted it straight away wonderful.
While I was passing the shop I popped in to say how great they really are there was a lovely young lady on the counter so I told her how I felt and the young lady was very nice giving me a wonderful service face to face so I will say it again love the service great team at vape direct 🥰🥰

I have only had excellent service from this business. Ordering is easy and my goods are delivered the next day. If anything I order is out of stock I always receive a phone call to apologise and for an alternative to be found. I highly recommend.
