I appreciate that they carry quality items and materials, such as the premium Mainframe Customs cable sleeves that I like to use, a huge variety of fittings and watercooling parts. I also appreciate that they offer some niche, hard to find items, like the connector housings and terminals for the Gigabyte 30 series cards. And lastly, I appreciate that they never try to rake me over the coals on shipping. The actual shipping out of the item is fast, good communication. One of my favorite electronics stores.
