Mark Illingworth - the king of misconception, not calling customers back, dishonestly, fairy tales and delays. Will promise the earth, fail to call you back time and time again then make every excuse under the sun.

We ordered our van on 18th September which was supposedly in stock and 65 emails (I'm not joking), and countless phone calls later we finally got our van on the 14th November. Oh and our new van had 500 miles on the clock, the Sat Nav doesn't work and to top off ... we don't even have the V5C and won't have it for another 6 months according to Mark.
