Do not order from Easypara if you’re from the UK. I am out of pocket by £75. Easypara are impossible to contact online (my order doesn’t even come up when it comes to ‘select order’), or via numerous phone calls (rings, then automated message, then cuts dead - not great when it’s not a free number). My order from 24/01/25 has never arrived. The one time I spoke to an Easypara human back in February about the delay, I was informed it was due to Brexit (my previous orders from them haven’t been delayed) and they would issue a refund. Still waiting….
Update: Decided to go through FaceBook and message that way. Automated response with an email address, which actually provided a response. Have now been promised a refund. We’ll see how that progresses.

I've been looking for a particular essentiel oil and found it on the easaypara site. In order to get my free shipping I had added more products that I usually use and cannot find in the country that I live. Excited as I was to receive the box, they'd packed an other product than the specific oil I ordered. On their website there is no information on returns, but there was a way to fill in a form addressed to their customer service. -although my topic was not on the list-. I explained the matter and asked how I could make an exchange. Via their automated reply, I kept receiving the same automated message saying "sometimes it happens that a box gets damaged by transport, you can send us photos of the damaged goods and we'll consider action to be taken". This happened more than 3 times; a robot that repeats the same message, while you are trying to get to a real-person-customer service rep.
I will never order from them again. There are countless sites on the net that are more reliable and if you're looking for pharmacy products, search in countries like Spain and Italy. They are more reliable and geared to offer customer satisfaction
