It was bought to line a damp mouldy 1930's bathroom, which would otherwise have needed gutting back to brickwork, plastering and re-tiling. Quickie solution pattern and over-clad.

The prompt service and swift postage was fantastic, BUT, the product was damaged in transit. Because I didn't open the package immediately it was delivered I supposed I waived my rights to complain. Additionally the edge mouldings are made of very fragile 'crispy' plastic, and are prone to snapping. Hey ho with a bit of redesign and a lot of luck I got over the problem.

Advice, order sufficient to allow for a bit of wastage. And open the packages as they are delivered.

I ordered the three sided shower inclosure, extra panel and various trims, all came well boxed and prompt, on examination one panel was damaged and was quickly replaced with no hassle at all. I only have one slight negative and that is the separate trim items seem to be of various shades of white but I'm happy with the Finnish overall, will use again for my main bathroom

Dont usually order online when getting cladding , but prices are that good compared with other suppliers. Easy enough to order online , arrived in 2 days. Checked parcels for damage as there seamed to be alot of dents on cardboard , unfortunately one had gone through and damaged 4 boards. Contacted celplas and was instructed to send photos, sent photos and got a reply from celplas within the hour , they were sending out another 4 boards , got them next working day. Unfortuanately when the delivery courier deliver these , they do so with one man ,nearly three metres long and weigh quite alot , sums up why damage to box but celplas excellent customer service and product , will be back many thanks
