We have had a few minor issues with delivery and lack of tracking information but Todd, the owner, has personally resolved them and immediately improved them for the next time. Very nice plywood cabinets. Easy to assemble. Nice finish. Love the dampers. Don't know about the plastic part on sliders. Will buy them again in future.
