There was a little blip after I had renewed my home insurance with Magnet. I made the initial error of an overpayment and Magnet was quick to inform me that I was due a refund. However, when this did not materialise, I had to chase it up a few times before it came through. The delay was caused partly through my error but also because the accounts team had used the incorrect account number in the first instance. At all times, however, communications were quickly responded to and I was very impressed with the way in which Josh Proctor, account handler, kept me informed at all times.
