"BAD Experience"

I ordered something over a month ago on the 12th of September! Not only have I not received the product yet, but I haven't received any confirmation that it's been shipped, or its whereabouts. Payment was processed just fine though! So I wasted almost $100!! I have tried to reach out to the customer service desk multiple times. I called the so-called help desk: 1-866-386-5683. I emailed both emails that are given for this kind of problem: info@fascinations and info@funlove I even called a few on-site stores. Nobody is answering me at all, at this point I feel like this company stole my money. I would NOT recommend this website to anybody because it's either a scam or they just don't care about their customers at all.

EDIT: Finally received my order. But only after making a few terrible reviews like this one on a few different websites. It's pretty bad that I only got service after publicly announcing the issue and potentially threatening the company's reputation. Product is good, but I doubt I'll make any more purchases from here again.

i was very disappointed in the quality of the items. They don’t stay charged long and stop working if set to high speed. One item broke in half after using 3 times.
