An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Alex is an easy guy to build rapport with, and once he knew what I was looking for, he went out and sourced the best deal possible for me. The conclusion was that he was able to source me a brand new Rolex that has a 12-24 month waiting list (depending on who you talk to), papers registered in my name and for less money that 2nd hand equivalents! And to top off the already excellent customer service, Alex insisted on hand delivering my new watch.
