I was worried about my mortgage due to not only the increased percentage rate but also due to the fact I was required to pay back an equity loan. I was stressed and unsure around the whole process but as soon as I spoke with Alex all my anxiety went away. Alex clearly went through all my options with zero pressure. He kept me updated throughout the process and there was never a time where I felt I needed to chase for updates. All the people brought in to support the process were amazing. I also love how I receive monthly updates to make sure I’m still on the best rate which helps my peace of mind.

I spoke to a few mortagage advisors as a first time buyer and Alex’s knowledge and trustworthiness shon through, really clear in explaining things especially as I hadn’t got a clue about what to expect! It was very pressured from the vendors towards the end but Alex was great in doing all he could to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible and going the extra mile to make sure it all went through in time.
