I've used my insurance on a few occasion and has always been an hassle-free experience, which is what matters the most to me. Coverage is good, making a claim is easy, and processing time is very quick.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of direct service I have received from the very first point that I took out this policy. I have always had a direct point of contact, which made setting up the policy very easy. Having just made my first few claims I can also say that this was a smooth process where Dan M, my claims advisor, went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated on my claim. I have always been able to talk or email with someone directly and the response has always been fast, courteous and has left me feeling like my insurer is acting in my best interests. I was comparing to other products on the market and Expatriate had the most detailed and clear information on their site. Their email help was fantastic, really clear answers and very quick response. I needed to find travel healthcare for an overseas client and thought it would be an immense task. Within a short time after contacting Expatriate Healthcare online, I received a phone call during which I was able to discuss specific needs and was given excellent and informative advice enabling me to proceed on behalf of my clients. When informed that the policy required online completion, again I was a little apprehensive but the format was simple and easy to complete online and the policy documents were emailed to me immediately. Excellent service, surprisingly good rates and will certainly use and recommend them for both their efficiency and helpfulness.

I mention "since first policy purchase" as you (and I) must realise that this is very early in the life of the policy, and so I have not had (and I hopefully won't need) to contact you for any kind of support, and/or claim. Making a claim was very easy and the claim was processed and paid within 5 business days. Coverage is very good and they don't try to dispute your claim as other providers might do.

Living in France it was good to find a product that suited our needs and was available immediately and simply on the internet. Whilst not the most difficult to understand it gives us a level of cover on our short breaks that allows peace of mind without having to search every time we go away and pay the high prices demanded for short break holidays.

I used Google to search for the type of insurance I needed. I made my choice after researching the company and reading the policy wording and terms & conditions. The product met my needs. I felt comfortable that I was dealing with a reputable firm. I also got very prompt and reassuring answers to my questions. The premium was another factor which was responsible for my choice. I am travelling with a number of persons in September to Italy and the Holy Land and have recommended Expatriate.
