These are a great unit, I’ve borrowed trailers with them on before and knew it was the first thing to fit to my new trailer, beats putting the controller on the car hands down.

Had to teach my brother about electric brakes as we installed on his van.

The elecbrake was easy to explain and get him to understand.

Had trouble with the remote. New one received and worked first time. The remote supplied originally is on its way back to you.

Great service from the technical support lady. She listened to me and after a couple of tests sent a new unit. Great work.

Top notch product. Arrived in a timely manner. Super easy to install (did it onsite where i picked up the caravan). Easy to setup in APP and much more flexible than standard hard wired brake controllers. Also purchased the separate remote so will try that next time i take out the van. I do like the break and indictor tests you can run while sitting in the car looking at APP itself.

Will also purchase a 7 pin flat cable to go with my 7 pin round so I can then tow anything :)

Simple instructions, really easy to follow & implement.
Up & running in 30 minutes, connected to van in 30 seconds!
I just used the standard Program 1 and wasn’t sure anything was happening - screen showed brakes on & off but no noticeable difference felt…. That is until the wife accidentally applied the van brakes whilst playing with my phone - YES! They worked great!
Had to make a semi emergency stop when some Pratt pulled out in front of me, again Elecbrakes worked to perfection!
Highly recommended, well worth the price.
