"Very helpful friendly proactive service"

I usually do my mortgages myself but as we wanted to release equity I wasn't exactly sure what to do.

I found Lynsey through recommendations on EGG. From the very start Lynsey was very friendly, full of great advice and extremely accommodating. Fitting in calls outside of my working hours.

Lynsey found us a mortgage which suited our needs quickly and even then when HSBC decided I didn't seem to exist. She quickly found a new and almost similar policy.

All through the process up until completion Lynsey was proactive keeping in contact and chasing the mortgage companies if they were being slow. And even after the mortgage completed she has kept in contact to make sure everything every has ran smoothly.
