Really unfriendly and unhelpful suppor staff, Brian is a really horrible support member. He's impatient, unhelpful. He didn't give me what I asked for when I asked for an email to contact someone then closed the chat. Slash needs to train their customer support a lot better, because I will never be bringing my business to a place that treats its customers like this.

Slash is a great premise as you get the money off instantly rather than being denied at a later date. I did have issues with processing my orders but did get there in the end. Ithink a how to guide that is always accessible would be useful as i had forgotten it since sign up. The slash support team are great and very responsive, 4 stars just because i had issues with my orders but i think once over the teething issues this will be a very handy site to use and i will again.
