"Effortless Orbital Travel "
We have just returned from a 2 day Cairo stay, 7 day Nile Cruise and 5 nights at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort in Sharm with Orbital Travel.
Denise from Orbital could not have been more helpful. From choosing the Mena House in Cairo to listening to our needs re Sharm, it was a painless and effortless experience. All the transfers were on time and ultra efficient . Nile Boat Royal Esadora was charming, clean, food delicious , the crew and our Egyptologist guide, Haney went above and beyond. One guest did test his patience (you can’t please everyone!) but Haney was professional and tried to help as much as possible.
Could not have asked for more!

Excellent company to do buisness with I would highly recommend to book a Nile cruise. Direct with Orbital Travel only customer service is second to none made me feel very safe and secure and had the best Nile cruise ever 🥂

I have just returned from a 7 day Nile Cruise and 3 day Cairo stay with Orbital Travel and want to express how satisfied I was with the service from beginning to end. From booking with Denise who married up my trip with that of my friends who had booked with another company, transfers, Nile Boat Royal Esadora, the crew and lastly Adel our Egyptologist guide. He made the trip for us, making us feel one of the family, his sense of humour and his vast knowledge. He really went out of his way to help our group and it was much appreciated by everyone. Once the cruise was ended I flew from Luxor to Cairo and was met at the airport by Maged who made the transfer to and from the airport quite seamless, whilst Michael our guide in Cairo shared his knowledge with us visiting the Pyramids,Sphinx and Museum. I will definitely use Orbital Travel for any future travelling.

"Training on Customer Services is required"
I have been dealing with an incredibly rude consultant at Orbital when making an enquiry. She didn't respond so I politely followed up and she said she couldn't help because of a travel requirement for children's ages. When I asked why she didn't respond she essentially told me that I was lying. Our exchange continued as I shared my email trail showing that she didn't email me and to the end when she said 'do not contact Orbital again'. Trust me I won't!

"Parents experience was WONDERFUL!"
My parents went on this experience as a wedding anniversary gift.
They enjoyed every minute of it, and the crew were so warm and accommodating; they’d recommend it to everyone!
From a personal perspective; I phoned Orbital Travel in order to surprise my parents with an anniversary gift.
They advised me that it would be expensive but I went through with it; I purchased (on OT’s behalf; wine and chocolates), and that would have been more than enough - they went above and beyond to decorate the entire room with flower petals, and other decorations and a personal note; which I had composed and the crew member wrote it down and announced it to them, and also have them the written version!
My Mum was so pleasantly surprised and grateful, that she actually cried and also kept the note and told everyone else on the cruise about it.
Denise; who helped me with my requests couldn’t have been nicer/kinder with sorting things out for me. She was very honest regarding prices (this did take a few back-and-forth conversations but her team went above and beyond.
I cannot thank you all enough for my parents’ physical experience, but also my own experience with the team back in the UK.
I would HIGHLY recommend this trip, and this company 5/5*

"NO SHOW"
Good luck even getting to the Bus stop with these clowns. Over the past 3 weeks I have sent 2 emails & yesterday called them by phone & was told someone will call you back. Yeah right, still waiting. Imagine getting stuck on Holiday & needing help. Doubt it very much........... Notice how they don't reply to reviews either. Even more unprofessional

"Ezybook Parking for Heathrow"
We recently parked at Ezybook Parking at the Observatory Shopping Centre car park in Slough from 18 April until 3 May. The company offered good value for money, a prompt minibus ride to and from terminal 3 and were always responsive to my calls and texts. We will certainly use them again, unlike the meet and greet rip-off merchants we experienced last year

"Excellent company"
We have just returned from a stay in Eqypt, which included a four night Nile Cruise booked through Orbital Travel.
We opted for MS Orbital Royal Esadora and we were pleased with our choice. The boat was lovely and the eqyptologist (Sameh) taking us on our tours was so knowledgeable and fun. The organisation of the tours was spot on too. We arranged some of our own tours either side of the cruise and Sam was definitely the best.
The pool area was lovely and clean and the sunbeds comfortable and enough for everyone.
We were happy with the food served and the restaurant staff were really friendly. Bar staff not so friendly and we felt that we received a different service than those not opting for the all inclusive drinks option. If we went again I think we would pay for drinks directly.
Transfers to and from the cruise were on time and we felt welcome on pick up. Everything was well arranged.
Tipping- pick up transfer with representative told us not to tip taxi as this would be included in the tip we provided at the end of the cruise (£5 pppn) however the representative with the Transfer going back to the airport asked us to tip the driver and followed us into the airport hanging around for a tip for himself. All a bit uncomfortable. We were really happy with tipping system in place for staff and felt this was reasonable however the baggage handlers and room staff were also pushing for additional tips and that is what this system is in place to avoid.
Orbital provided us with a lot of support and advice on the lead up to our trip and that was really appreciated. Emails were replied to promptly, even outside of office hours. We would not hesitate to book through Orbital Travel in the future and we are happy that we found a company that we can trust.

"Shockingly bad Nile Cruise"
Booked a deluxe 5* Nile Cruise with Cristal INTERTEK food hygiene certification. The ship was changed to the Monica and we eventually sailed on was the Nile Quest at extremely short notice from Orbital. We were assured in writing by Orbital that the replacement vessels were of the same high standard as our original boat. This was in fact a complete lie. Neither the Monica or the Nile Quest have any food hygiene rating and there was a serious outbreak of food poisoning on board. Some passengers were hospitalised and E.coli dysentery was confirmed by lab tests in some passengers. Our concerns about electrical safety were completely dismissed, and we were even accused of pulling sockets off walls ourselves! A day after we disembarked the ship caught fire, so our fears were confirmed. Orbital have no interest in customer safety. I first contacted the tour operator on 27th September within hours of boarding. I have still not received any reply. I will be making a formal complaint to ABTA. Do not use this company.

Had a wonderful 2 week holiday in Cairo and luxor 12th Sept to 26th Sept 2022 great support for all queries and questions and we do ask a lot of questions lol 😆 will be looking to Book 2023 holiday very soon thx you to all the team at Orbital Travel
