Had a sofa and bed from Rafferty's and could not be happier. Staff in the shop go above and beyond, even gave me a small cutting of the material Swatch so I could make sure curtains etc matched. Delivery lads were brilliant, even took the old bed away. So pleased!

Made purchases from the Northallerton store where the staff team is superb - friendly, helpful and well-informed. I like dealing with them as they apply no sales pressure whatsoever. The shop is a treasure trove of unusual home accessories. Most recent purchase is a Highgrove bed. It was delivered to Newcastle on a date and time to suit me. It is very comfortable and a lovely rich colour.

"A furniture treasure trove!"

A fabulous shop filled with furniture that is quirky and different. Ordered an Italian leather three seater and two electric arm chairs in light blue, in July. Were delivered today and they are fabulous, so pleased, and in the timescales advised. Have also collected an unusual floor standing lamp and matching lamp made of shell in an Art Deco style. Whilst we were there also picked up a side table and sign. Would highly recommend a visit, staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s a treasure trove. Will be back to see their Christmas displays.
