I placed an order on 13th May,2020. Its 23rd May already, the order status still shows processing even after 10 days. I did not get any message till date mentioning when should I expect the delivery, nor did I hear from pinopen team even though I sent them mail enquiring about my order. Tried calling quite a few times, but the number is out of order. I understand the lockdown situation, but this is highly unprofessional. There is no way to cancel the order and request for refund. I already paid for the order and I'm stuck. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

i have ordered for 6 battery on 6th Nov 2018 and Amount has been deducted from account and there is no transaction failed but i got a message saying transaction might have been incomplete and when i tried clicking Contact us in their website Pinopen.com , the link does not work at all and there is no option that i can see to contact them or their customer care . However, i got 6 new batteries today i.e. 13th nov and so they are not fraud at all and happy with the product received. They can improve on their customer support though.
