"There are two things to review"

There are two things to review: the coffee and the checkout.
1. I ordered Boothangudi decaf, both medium and dark roasts, and they are both excellent. I so appreciate a well made Indian decaf, as many are imported and thereby overly costly. If the coffee were the only thing I was judging, I'd have found my source of decaf beans, and I'd go with the dark.

2. Checkout is another story. I'm from the US, and have a US issued Visa card, Amazon takes it daily and other roasters do it in a flash. Tulum, Blue Tokai, no hesitation.
Home Blend: big Nope. Had to do COD, which is awkward.
Then, I was on chat discussing this with someone who sounded solid. "We can throw in some sample beans to make up for your trouble." A: awesome, here's one I'd love to try, if possible (Araku)
But when I ordered (COD only), I brought it up in an email with the order number in the subject line, sent to sales@
Crickets.
And when my order arrived, and the awkward payoff took place, there was no free sample.
So, would I order again from Home Blend?
Probably gonna have to think really hard about it. For certain, I'll be looking for other options with decaf and a friendlier checkout process.
