I have been coming to Dr Christoph for 2 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine...

Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. You will also be offered a list of exercises you can do to help your problems and maintain your mobility.

Christoph’s diagnosis got to the very route cause of my sciatic nerve pain which was preventing me enjoying the running and cycling that I love.
Within a week of pelvic floor exercises and deep hip rotator stretches my nerve pain was gone ( I was able to do a challenging hill time trial), and get an action plan to start running soon by eccentrically loading my hamstrings.
I have been given some other self care tips to improve my sporting performance and future resilience.
I’m delighted to have discovered him!!
