"excellent service"

We love to work with spain-holiday! We have different holidayhouses on their websites and we can see clearly an increased occupancy! Also the support is excellent. "Spain-Holiday are much my preferred…"

Spain-Holiday are much my preferred choice for advertising my villa rental.
I have tried Airbnb - Home Away - Booking.com etc - all the big ones.
I never had a good experience with any of them but with Spain-Holiday I have always been very happy. I have worked with them since 2007 and find them courteous and knowledgable on all aspects of the business. They have great ideas which help to maximise my income, great customer service and best of all I know I can trust them.

"Ruthless villa owner and no support from Spain-holidays"

We have booked with this particular owner 3 times previously and we always got the full deposit back as we are respectful of the properties. We are a group of friends who go on holiday together once a year.

Unfortunately due to the current global situation and the UK government guidelines about not traveling to Spain without quarantining on return, which isn't financially possible for us as a group to do, we had no choice but to cancel.

I would have expected both Spain-Holidays and the villa owner, Marco, to be more flexible with the booking conditions, but no, we paid £750 deposit, suppose to get this returned after the holiday and then paid half the villa cost, 1600 Euros. Marco refused to pay us anything back when we advised we couldn't travel and says he will take the loss.....take the loss, he has taken over £2250 of our money for nothing and doesn't even have the decency to refund us the £750 deposit and he actually expected us to pay the final £1700 also even though we weren't going.

It is shocking, originally he was going to move the holiday to April 2021, so we paid to change all our flights to that date but then when we asked a question about the difference in costs between Oct and Apr, Marco replied to our question about the cost difference being completely erratic and unreasonable saying we could no longer go in April 2021 and he isn't refunding us any money and he has banned us from booking any of his villas again. I find this completely unprofessional and also morally wrong.

We are all working class people and work hard for our holidays and for him to keep that amount of money from us is just unjust as these issues are beyond our control. We understand it is also his business but in this time everyone needs to be flexible with their cancellation policy.

I understand everyone is struggling but to keep £2200 pounds of peoples hard earned cash that is saved for a yearly holiday is absolutely appalling.

I have emailed Spain-Holiday twice and they take no responsibility and say it is all down to the owner . As another reviewer has mentioned, this website only care about the villa owners and not the customers.

A note for Spain-Holidays and Marco Perotti, an example of great customer service is Air BnB. We had to cancel a booking earlier in the year due to COVID 19 and they completely understood that is it not the customers fault and they spoke with the owner of the property and they both agreed to refund us the full payment we had made. That is what you call great customer service and you both should take note because word of mouth and reviews show people how you treat your customers.

I would be very wary of booking a property through Spain-Holiday.com and also any of Marco's villa's in the current climate as they are unapologetically ruthless and only interested in the money for themselves. If you ask a question he doesn't like, he blocks your number and bans you, I wonder if he would act like this to peoples faces but is a keyboard warrior with no heart.

"Very good experience"

We had a very good experience with Spain Holiday, both their service finding the right appartment and the appartment itself (appartment no 12161).
Everything was as promised in the description in the website.

When we arrived there were a small thing with a door handle and that was swiftly repaired by the owner.
We definitely plan to come back.

"Quick and helpful response from SpainHoliday customer support."

I have just recently renewed my ad for renting out our holiday house with Spain Holiday using the 30 % discount. I had a minor issue with the max number of characters in the headline. Customer support suggested a shorter a headline and made the change for me very swiftly.

"Spain-holiday.com is first rate"

Spain-holiday.com is first rate. I am a property owner doing business with them for 2 or 3 years. They are efficient and super ethical. I see there are some reviews from disappointed people annoyed that COVID left them with losses. I sympathise, I have been a big loser myself but it is sometimes the case that there is someone to blame for every problem. As a property owner, getting listed on the Spain-holiday site requires you to go through a number of serious security checks. It's necessary to prove ownership of your property and demonstrate that the property is correctly registered as a holiday let with the regional government in Andalucia. These checks are the most stringent of any holiday rental property website I have come across.

"Scam, fraudsters beware!!!"

I have booked holidays before COVID 19 in January.
The country went under lockdown, and airlines stopped operating. The owner refused to refund as he said due to companies policy he will not refund the booking as it is our problem for not travelling. Are you serious?! Do not trust the company! Its a pandemic, the government, doesn't allow to go and the airline is not flying to your destination, do I walk?

"Great platform to find wonderful holiday homes"

I found spain-holiday last year and booked a lovely villa in La Herradura this summer. The platform is really good structured, you can find a lot of fantastic holiday homes and employees communication is fast and alway helpful. We have had a wonderful holiday ... though corona! Thank you ...
