Terrible customer service received my rug sent it back. The next day wasn’t suitable for my home and not received a confirmation saying they have received the rug or any email not answering the phone absolutely terrible do not buy.






No I sent back my rug back to you on the 10th of March I’ve sent more than seven emails. I’ve tried to ring the number which I think is dodgy. Nobody is answering and it’s a EE mobile number and every email you sent didn’t make sense. Do not buy from the seller. Terrible!!!

Ordered The Charlie, firstly it was left outside on the driveway no one even knocked the door. The quality leaves a lot to be desired - thin cheap backing. The fringes are curled up and won’t stay down and foot marks cover it ! For the money I am disappointed. I would ideally like to return it as not happy
