"Fake 5 star reviews... terrible machine"

Trust Pilot needs to check all these fake 5 star reviews. I've never been more disappointed and lied to. No effort on the companies behalf or interest to get this machine running, may as well have thrown the money out the window. Bought a new laser a year later from a Turkish manufacturer and it's like night and day. Stay far away from Bodor.

Tengo la mesa de corte F3015T y funciona bastante bien, pero me gustaria tener el BODOR PRO, solo que NO tengo el instalador, solo funciona en la Cortadora Laser, donde y como podria conseguirlo, AYUDA!

We bought a Bodor Fiber Laser Cutting Machine F3015 with a 3 KW IPG Laser back in 2021. We nearly only have problem with this company, and will definitely NOT recommend any other to buy from there. First of all. They not send a service technician to install the machine as promised. It was under corona, and they don't want to give the engineers Pfizer or asta zeneca vaccination, so they was allowed to enter Kuwait, and now after 3 years we still have seen the technician here, Also we had problem with laser after under 500 running hours due to leak in head adaptor. It was leaking water. Seems like the protection was forgeten to be installed by Bodor when they connect the laser with head in China. And it was sealed and we never have it apart. Anyway we send laser for repair in china, and get it back with new fiber cable, that was now 5 meter longer than old one. Now there was protection on Laser. But it can still not cut, and we have to order new Head also. And pay for technician to come here. Even if we ever had one here for installation and training training. They are VERY difficult to deal with. And you can not get proper documentation for Laser Head. Even the new one we want to buy they say they dont have documentation on.

"My advice is to run very far away"

My advice is to run very far away. Here’s why They showed me cut samples from my machine while it was in China. It had tons of slag they could not make it cut properly now they will not give my deposit back. My advice is to run.

"Très mauvaise expérience avec BODOR"

Bonjour,
Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps (et d'argent) avec l'installation d'un laser tube BODOR chez nous.
La machine est restée 4 ans chez nous avec une impossibilité de découper un tube correctement (sans bavure et avec un découpe qui revient au même endroit que l'amorce de départ, par exemple).
Nous n'avons jamais eu réponses à nos questions et l'expertise mandaté par le TC a démontré que la machine ne répondait pas à la directive CE.
Nous avons réussi à la faire reprendre avec une perte sèche de 100 000 € HT et des frais annexes estimés à 300 000 € HT.
En synthèse : bonne chance à ceux qui iront travailler avec eux.
