I had a truly remarkable experience working with them. Despite my initial concerns due to the negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance, and i am glad I did. It turns out that all the negative feedback was not reflective of the actual service provided.
My experience was smooth and positive. They helped me in the ungating process and also provided all the necessary documentation including invoices and product pictures etc.

I have requested assistance from CakeBrandsUSA to provide evidence to counter Amazon's claim; however, they have not responded to my emails. While they are extremely helpful during the purchasing process, it is crucial that the authentic product is sent, as this may lead to account DEACTIVATION.
